Every year design, digital and ad agencies from Scotland and the north of England travel to London for the annual podge or digital podge lunch. Several times they asked if I would organize one in the north and they put their hands up to help with the design theme, organization etc. And so . . . . . . . The Stodge Lunch was born.
We needed a great venue and chef to keep the standards at the highest level and Harvey Nichols stepped in to offer us their second floor Manchester restaurant. The chef has worked with us to create a very northern style menu and the first one launched on February 25th 2011 to a full house and 2016 was our sixth gathering and another full house.
