Celebrating it's 10th anniversary and having grown from a lunch of 50 to 250, the theme for the 2015 sportspodge lunch was Cycling. Tour De Podge was the brain child of Cubo's exec CD Trevor Chambers, a cycling afficionado himself. With a room packed to the rafters, we were pleased to be able two welcome David Millar, the first Brit to lead all three grand tours, Victoria Pendleton CBE and a host of other medal winners and industry stalwarts from the world of cycling, sport and business.
We were also fortunate enough to have access to Joe Waldron and he created some iconic illustrations which were used in print, on the website and on our nifty little app for the event. Guests had to tap their phones with their fingers as if riding the bikes - the winning table each won a new Nokia Lumia phone!
