Podge 2007

The 2007 theme was created by Start Creative and headed up by executive creative director Darren Whittingham and Creative Director Sarah Jackson. Le Podge. Everything about the day had a French feel about it including the choice of menu and the T shirts that all of the waiters and waitresses at The Arts Club were wearing for the lunch.

We don't normally have speakers at our annual lunch but with the French theme and the knighthood of Sir John Hegarty it was a good an opportunity to invite Sir John to talk about his vineyard in France and to let everyone in the room sample his lovely wine. A huge banner printed on silk was hanging from the courtyard windows with photographs going back over several years of podge lunches. All beautifully done and another great success.
